Description

TopDiag T1 is a Bluetooth OBD2 scanner that plugs into the car's OBD port and works with a dedicated mobile app. It works with OBD2-compliant vehicles (generally cars from 1996 onwards).

Functions: full vehicle scan, read and clear trouble codes, I/M readiness, start-up test, load test, DTC lookup, live data, Mode 6, performance test, freeze frame, Mode 8, vehicle information, O2 sensor monitoring, charging test and OBD voltage test. (The AI diagnostic assistant is only in the T2.)

Supports all OBD2 protocols: ISO 9141-2, SAE J1850 PWM/VPW, ISO 14230-4 KWP2000 and ISO 15765-4 CAN.

Compatibility disclosure

Generic OBD2/EOBD functions on OBD2-compliant cars and light vehicles (JDiag: up to 97% of models; USA 1996+, EU 2001+ petrol and 2004+ diesel). No manufacturer-specific systems (ABS, SRS, transmission) and no service resets. Bluetooth OBD2 adapter used with the JDiag app. Battery/start-up/load tests and the performance test are not covered by function entries.
