Hi, I have recently bought the JLR SDD software, but it won't let me get to the login page as it gives an error message of "no network," yet when I press the I button on the home page, it tells me it is connected to the internet. Does anyone have any suggestions for resolving this issue? Many thanks in advance

Hi,

1. Which version of SDD is it?
2. Do you have the Windows Home or Pro edition?
3. Did you use the SDD patch to activate your version of SDD?
