Description

Embedra ONE is a standalone bench tester for electric power steering (EPS) units, made to test, diagnose, flash and repair steering ECUs without leaving the workbench. Unlike the ONELite, it has a built-in AMOLED touchscreen with voice-command support that shows live voltage, current and connection status, so it can be used without a PC. It also connects to a computer over USB-C, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Ethernet. It delivers up to 100 A to power the steering unit on the bench and has built-in K-Line, CAN, CAN-FD and FlexRay communication, so no external protocol modules are needed. With the ONESuite desktop software (Windows, macOS) it reads live data, reads and clears fault codes, flashes and programs steering ECUs, runs brand- and model-specific special functions and creates test reports. ONESuite also includes ONEAssist, an AI assistant that analyses live ECU data and suggests repair steps. The manufacturer lists 50+ vehicle brands and adds new models with software updates. The device has an OBD-II port, a main diagnostic port, a 12 V battery connector, a pass-through charging port and two expansion (development) ports. In the box: the device, battery cable, USB-C cable, main diagnostic cable and a universal pin cable. Important: the device does not work without the ONESuite software, which is licensed per year in separate plans (Basic, Pro, Pro+, Premium, Enterprise). The licence is not included in the device price and the available functions depend on the plan. Technical data: dimensions 135 x 130 x 50 mm, weight 1 kg, carbon-fiber reinforced polymer enclosure, passive cooling through ventilation openings, 12-15 V DC input, maximum output current 100 A. They work with the ONESuite desktop software for Windows and macOS, which includes the ONEAssist AI assistant, flashing, programming and special functions for steering ECUs.
