Twice in a row the scan hangs at 90% on a 2016 Golf 7 (1.4 TSI). Screen stays responsive but the scan never finishes. Anyone else?

Had the same on a Passat B8 — clearing the app cache in Settings and re-pairing the VCI fixed it for me.

Autel here — this is a known issue with the gateway module on some MQB cars, fixed in firmware 2.34. Please update and re-run the scan; if it still hangs, post your serial number and we'll follow up.
