Bluetooth 4.0 ELM327 v1.5 OBD2 adapter with DoIP / ENET (Ethernet cable) and voltage display, 9-30 V, for Android, iOS (BLE) and Windows. OBD2 functions in section 3 apply to OBD2-compliant vehicles from 1996 (listed makes; EU-only makes from 2001). DoIP / ENET coding and programming applies to BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, Land Rover, Jaguar, Bentley, Lamborghini, Volvo and Geely, DoIP-capable models from 2017. Godiag also says it works on motorcycles, trucks and commercial vehicles but names no makes. No software included; functions depend on the third-party app.
