accessing the ssd software

jag7 — Sun, 25 Oct 2026 20:16:25 +0000

Hi, I have recently bought the JLR SDD software, but it won't let me get to the login page as it gives an error message of "no network," yet when I press the I button on the home page, it tells me it is connected to the internet. Does anyone have any suggestions for resolving this issue? Many thanks in advance

JLR SDD software for Jaguar 2005 3ltr x350

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right forum, as I've only just registered. I bought the SSD software and, after installing it, I cannot access the contents. Clicking on the I on the home page, I get a notice saying there is no network connection, but it does say it is connected to the internet. Could someone please guide me on how to resolve this issue? Many thanks in advance
