Description

Xhorse iScancar VAG MM-007 is a handheld diagnostic and maintenance tool for VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda. Basic functions: control module diagnosis, reading and clearing fault codes, basic settings, channel adaptation and system login. Guided functions simplify common jobs. Special functions include reading PINs via OBD, adaptation after replacing a control module, gateway registration and offline writing of data records after replacing a module (e.g. activating MKE on PQ35/MQB gateways). Firmware V2.2.9 adds module simulation/sniffing, reading 4th-generation immobilizer and MQB dashboard key IDs (Continental/VDO clusters only) and new parameter files. Firmware is updated with the Xhorse Upgrade Kit via USB. Some functions require paid activations, licences or tokens from Xhorse; coverage depends on the vehicle, immobilizer system and software version. OEM software and licences are not included. The user manual is available from Xhorse / the authorized dealer.
